ABOUT KENDRA
Hi, I'm Kendra. Let's skip the formalities.
I'm a licensed therapist based in Houston, and I work with high-achieving women who have built incredible lives — but still feel stuck, unseen, or like they keep losing themselves in love. If that's you, you're exactly who I had in mind when I built this practice.
HOW I WORK
Therapy that actually gets to the root of it.
I'm not here to hand you a worksheet and send you on your way. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative — meaning I'll sit with you in the hard stuff AND help you understand why you got there in the first place. We'll look at patterns, not just symptoms.
I blend evidence-based methods with real, human conversation. Most of my clients tell me sessions feel less like "therapy" and more like finally having a space where someone actually gets it.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
We examine the thoughts driving your patterns and build new, more accurate ways of seeing yourself and your relationships.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
We go beneath the surface — understanding the emotional needs and fears that shape how you connect with others.
Attachment-Based Therapy
We explore how your earliest experiences of love and safety still show up in your relationships today and how to change that.
CREDENTIALS & TRAINING

BEYOND THE THERAPY ROOM
A little more about me.
Traveler at heart
Exploring new places resets me. There's something about new cultures that reminds me why perspective matters.
Houston foodie
Houston's food scene is wildly underrated. I'm always on the hunt for the next great spot in the city I love.
Bookworm
Always reading — usually something at the intersection of psychology, self-development, or a really good novel.
Faith-rooted
My faith shapes how I show up — with grace, intention, and a deep belief in the capacity for growth and healing.
If something here resonated, that's not a coincidence.
The right therapist should feel like a fit before you even get on a call. If you're nodding along, I'd love to connect.
